The Hinds County Mail Division is responsible for processing inter-county mail to all Hinds County Offices. The Mail Division also processes Hinds County mail to be sent through the U.S. Postal Service and other carriers. The objective of the Mail Center is to move all mail at the most cost effective rates and the fastest delivery possible.
