Report a pothole or maintenance problem in the unincorporated (rural) areas of Hinds County.

Our goal is to repair potholes within 72 hours (three business days) of report if weather permits.

Use this form to report non-emergency problems such as potholes, road repairs, drainage concerns, malfunctioning traffic signals, damaged road signs.
