Radio Communications Dispatcher
Job Functions:
Transmits, receives, and coordinates radio traffic
Answers emergency phone calls
Data Entry
Monitors and relays radio traffic

Skills and Knowledge:

Must be able to think clearly and act effectively
Able to make decisions with accuracy and astuteness
Type at least 35 wpm accurately
Verbally communicate quickly and effectively with a clear and understandable voice
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, usually in situations of high stress
Ability to read a map and give directions
